大二退出实验室

对我来说决定退出实验室虽然很艰难，但是作为一个初中以及大一期间折腾、熬夜过的实验室成员，我不得不做出这个艰难的选择。

大一期间，我在实验室大部分时间都花在背书、查资料、写文章、跑探机以及参加各种会议上，本以为可以使用实验室资源，不断拓展学术层面，拓展个人竞争力，提升自身能力，但却因实验室情况变动，使之无法充分体现自身学术潜力，无法令自己有所成长。

遂决定在大二退出实验室，充分利用这转折之际，完善自身知识体系，把研究学术知识变成一种习惯，形成丰富的个人学术库。

拥有几年的实验室经历，让我学到了很多，也成长了很多。

实验室也给了我很多朋友，学到了互相尊重和进步，也体验到一起分享欢笑的快乐。

但是我还是觉得：

现在应该花在自己创造的地方更多的时间，多体验不同的世界，未来自己才会更加成熟，更有广度可视，以及能够在更加宽广的范围去探讨自己能力和技能。

去实验室当苦力是一件很有益的事情，对于大学二年级的学生来说更是如此。

在实验室，可以帮助学生了解研究的方向、技术能力的提升以及科技发展的趋势等，起到拓宽学习面的作用。

在实验室当苦力也能够加强科学实验的练习，为以后的研究学习做准备。

在实验室，要求大学生要有责任心、认真仔细的完成导师交由的工作，多思考的能力，以及一个很坚定的研究目标，如果能够做好实验室苦力，会给自己的未来职业发展带来很大帮助。
